All Biodentix orders are securely processed through ClickBank, a trusted payment partner.
- On your bank or credit card statement, charges will appear as CLKBANK or CLKBANK*COM.
- If you are not the cardholder, please notify them beforehand to avoid confusion.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Times:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–14 business days
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery in the U.S. Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the next business day, while Friday–Sunday orders ship on Monday (excluding U.S. postal holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time.
Important Notes:
- Packages refused or sent to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs after return to our fulfillment center.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” but goes missing, the responsibility lies with the receiver. Please ensure a secure delivery location, as signatures are not required.

Returns & Refund Policy – Physical Products
To qualify for a full refund, return all Biodentix bottles—used, unused, partially used, and any bonus bottles—within 180 days of purchase.
Include a written note inside the return package with:
- ClickBank Order ID
- Full name and shipping address used in the order
- Email address and phone number
- Original packing slip (if available)
Refunds are processed once the items reach our fulfillment center, usually within 3–5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders:
- $30 shipping fee per product, non-refundable
- Product price is refundable if returned per policy
- Customs, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
